We will review availability, minimum quantities and requested variants. The written quotation will state the confirmed products, price, any applicable charges or taxes, payment requirements, estimated dispatch timing and delivery arrangement.

An order becomes accepted only after both sides confirm the written details and the agreed payment requirement is satisfied. Payment instructions are provided directly for that order. Cash on delivery or credit terms apply only when expressly confirmed in writing.

Available items and made-to-order items may have different preparation times. Dispatch estimates shown online are indicative; the order-specific estimate in WhatsApp is controlling. We will share available tracking or carrier information after dispatch.

Shipping method, cost, service area, insurance where available and delivery address are confirmed per order. Carrier timelines are estimates and can be affected by location, holidays, weather, public restrictions or other events outside our control.

Please check the package and products promptly after delivery. If a parcel appears damaged, incorrect or incomplete, preserve the packaging and contact us with the order details and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
