• The public catalogue does not require a customer account or ask you to submit a website form.
• Your enquiry list is saved locally in your browser so it remains available on that device.
• When you choose to continue through WhatsApp, the prepared message and any information you add are sent to WhatsApp and HS Gold Covering.
• Our hosting, security and cloud providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and error logs.
• Administrator accounts use authentication cookies and Supabase account information to protect catalogue management.

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, confirm wholesale orders, arrange payment and delivery, provide customer support, maintain security, prevent misuse, keep business records and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell customer personal information.

You decide whether to send a WhatsApp enquiry. You can edit the prepared message before sending it, clear your enquiry list from the website, or avoid WhatsApp and contact us by email. Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.

Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the catalogue and fulfil a confirmed order, including website hosting, Supabase, WhatsApp, delivery partners, payment providers and professional advisers. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy practices. Data may be processed outside India where permitted by applicable law and where a provider operates internationally.

The enquiry list remains on your device until you remove it or clear browser storage. WhatsApp conversations, quotations, invoices and order records are retained only for as long as reasonably required for service, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention and applicable law.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or public visitor analytics. Essential authentication cookies are used only for the private administrator portal. If analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before use.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including restricted administrator access and database security rules. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send passwords, payment OTPs or unnecessary sensitive information through WhatsApp or email.

Subject to applicable Indian law, you may ask for information about personal data we hold, request correction or erasure, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law requires it.

This wholesale catalogue is intended for adults acting for themselves or a business. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.
